This is the spice blend I have been enjoying in my tea lately.
Steps

Toast all the spices over low heat until fragrant, stirring occaisionally. Curry leaves should be removed as soon as they start to brown. When cardamom pods puff up, remove and break them open then return to the pan.

Crush toasted spices well in a mortar and pestle or blend in a spice ginder
- 3
Add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of spice blend to a cup of hot tea and steep.
