Ingredients

  1. 1 packagechicken breasts (my package had 6 split breasts)
  2. 1 packettaco seasoning
  3. 1 barcream cheese
  4. 1 (16 oz.)jar picante sauce
  5. to tasteGarlic pepper
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1onion sliced
  8. 1/4green pepper sliced
  9. 1 c.Water

Cooking Instructions

    Place sliced onions and green peppers on bottom of crockpot.

    Spread garlic pepper and salt seasoned chicken breasts over veggies.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over top of chicken breasts.

  4. 4

    Drop pieces of cream cheese onto chicken breasts evenly spaced.

  5. 5

    Pour picante sauce evenly over chicken breasts and ensure breasts are covered completely with sauce.

    Pour water over the top of picante sauce covered chicken breasts.

  7. 7

    Cook on low crockpot setting for 6 hours. After 6 hours, break chicken apart and mix.

    Cook 2 additional hours on low, then serve with corn tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese.
