Kashmiri Pulao

Heat ghee in a pan add cumin and black pepper, cloves, tej patta saute for 2 minutes.

Now add ginger, ginger paste, green chilli, cashew, almonds, saute for 2 minutes

Add fennel powder, rice (soak in water for 2 hrs) salt, lal mirch powder, saute for 2 minutes.

Add 2 cup water in it and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes

After 5 minutes mix it gently, cover the pan and cook for another 5 minutes or till the rice cook well.

Switch off the gas and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Kashmiri pulao is ready, serve hot.
