Roast brinjal on gas stove

Chopped onions, tomato, ginger, green chilli

Peel the burn skin of brinjal & mash them properly

Sprinkle little bit of heeng & cover it for 10 mnts

Take a pan add mustard oil &heat it

Crakle heeng jeera & saute onions then add brinjal cook it simmer flame for 5to 7 mnts then add chopped tomatoes, ginger, green chilli Cook 3to 4 mnts

Add salt, red chilli powder and sm coriander leaves

Cook for 7-8 mnts in slow flame..

Garnish with coriander leaves..
