  • 3 cupsrice
  • 1onion
  • 1carrot
  • Spring onion
  • 2 tablespoonsSoy sauce
  • Spring onion for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the diced onion in oil and add diced carrots.fry till tender

    Next add the rice and stir it in to get well coated in oil

    Sprinkle the soy sauce and stir cook for one minute and serve

    Garnish with diced spring onion
