In a bowl add gram flour,asafoetida, carom seeds, half tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder. mix well. now gradually add water to make thick batter. Stir Continuously to avoid lumps. At last add one small tsp refined oil and mix well keep aside for 10 minutes

Now in a bowl add mashed boiled potatoes. Grated Ginger, coriander leaves, chopped onion,green chilli, and all spices. Mix well and make a mixture for stuffing

Cut green chilli and deseed them and stuffed the mixture in Chillies. Now dip these chillies in thick gram flour batter.coat them well.

Now heat oil for frying and on medium flame fry all the chillies till golden brown and crispy from both sides. serve hot with green chutney or tamarind chutney.Sprinkle some chat masala.enjoy
