Take mixing bowl sift all dry ingredients keep aside

Take oil sugar in mixing bowl beat it till creamy texture and sugar dissolves totally add vanilla essence mix it now add dry ingredients in wet ingredients in batches with adding milk till you get pouring consistency divide mixture into two portion add cocoa powder in one adjust consistency to add 1-2 two spoons of milk

Meanwhile preheat oven to 180deg line 8"baking tin with parchment paper

Now pour one tbs of vanilla batter in tin upon this pour cocoa powder batter one tbs assemble one on one tbs both batter tap pan on kitchen table to release air bubbles bake for about 30 minutes check out with toothpick inserted it comes out clean it means baked cool in pan for ten minutes and demould it slice it enjoy it with cup of coffee or tea keep it in airtight container in fridge for 3/4 days but it vanish in no time
