Steps

Put quite a bit sugar on the bottom of the pastry

Add more sugar on top and then roll with rolling pin a bit gently so that sugar goes inside the pastry little bit

Roll the pastry i like small size so i cut in the middle to bake smaller pastry biscuits
- 4
Put in grease proof paper, in the pre heated oven 180c for 20 min
