Chicken Bhuna

Thinly slice onions,heat oil in a pan.Add whole garam masala,saute for 30 seconds.Add onion and red chillies fry onion till golden.

When Onion is golden,add chicken and turmeric powder.Stir well and cook on high flame till water of chicken dries.

Now add red chilli powder,coriander powder and ginger-garlic paste.Mix well and cook on medium heat till oil separates.Add 2 cups of water and let it boil.When boiled,add salt.Lower the flame to medium.Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

After about 10 minutes,chicken is tender.Add garam masala powder and stir well.

Further cook for 5 minutes on medium heat,stirring in between and do not cover the pan.Chicken bhuna is ready to serve now.

Serve with roti/naan/parathe.
