Bachka is a type of chilla which is usually made in bihar with rice batter and bottle gourd and cooked on slow flame.. it can b served as breakfast or evening snack.
Steps

Wash and Soak rice and urad dal together overnight... grind to a fine paste in the morning.

Add all the other ingredients together to the rice batter.. except oil. Add a little water to the batter. The batter should not be too runny.

Heat a tawa.. add tbsp oil... pour 1 ladle full of the bachka mix and spread.. cover and cook on slow flame for 10 mins.. the flip and cook for another 5 mins...

Bachka is ready... serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
