Ingredients

  • 1 kggoat meat
  • 2 tablespoonsunsalted butter
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 2 stalkscelery (optional)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespoonPaprika
  • 1 tablespoondried oregano
  • 1 teaspoondried thyme

    Heat the pan

  2. 2

    Melt butter

  3. 3

    Add the crushed garlic and let it cook until brown

  4. 4

    Add the pieces of the cut celery and stir for a minute

  5. 5

    Add the meat and let it cook covered for 10_15min

  6. 6

    Stir in the paprika, oregano and thyme, salt and cover for 3 more minutes

  7. 7

    Uncover the meat and let the juices evaporate.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with a meal of your choice
