Cooker ko half pani sy bhar dain aur us mein lobia daal ke dakan sy cover kar dain. aur medium to high flame py rakh dain. Maximum 2 ghnton ke liye ya tb tak jab tak wo achay sy gal na jayen.

Ab is mixture ko bchay huay pani smait bowl mein nikal lain.

Ab cooker mein oil garam karein. Us mein piyaaz add karein aur golden brown honay tak pkayen.

Ab is mein salt, red chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder daal dain aur achi tarah mix kar lain.

Ab is mein lobia us pani smait add kar dain aur mix kar ke achi tarah masalay mein bhoon lain.

Cooker ko ksi dakan sy cover kar ke medium to low flame py chor dain..Jab tak andr lobia mein mojood paani thick nah ho jaye.

Ab flame ko off kar dain. Oper coriander chop kar ke charak dain. Chahen to zeera b charak sktay hain.Simple lobia ka salan naan,salad aur dahi ke sath serve karein.
