Marinate Chicken : Add ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, white vinegar, wite pepper, black pepper, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, salt, maida and cornflour 1.5 table spoon in chicken cubes and let it marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.

Take water in a bowl and add 4 Table spoons of cornflour in to it. Mix it well. Then soak potato slices into this for 10 to 15 minutes

Take potato slices and fold it in half put chicken cube in it. Prick the toothpick in between them to secure the chicken with potato slice.

Deep fry it until the chicken is crispy.
