Ingredients

45-mins.
250-gm.
  • 1 cupMilk Powder
  • 2 tbspmix dryfruits powder
  • 1 tspgulkand
  • 3 tbsppan-leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsproasted & coarsely ground saunf powder
  • 3 tbspCondensed milk
  • as neededGolden edible powder for garnishing

45-mins.
  1. 1

    Grind pan leaves & Condensed milk into fine paste, and pour into a nonstick pan & stir continuously on slow flame, add milk powder, saunf,Dryfruit powder & gulkand mix well and stir continuously till dough consistency. Cool it completely and give shapes with cookie cutter and give golden touch with brush. And serve delicious Shahi Pan peda in a plate.
