Wash and soak the moong dal for 5-6 hours.

Now take a blender add soaked moong dal and grind it to a coarser texture.

Now take a bowl add coarser moong dal, and all ingredients except oil. And mix well.

Now take a pan and heat oil and deep frying moong bhajiya till golden brown.

Bhajiya is ready to serve. Serve it with tomato sauce or green chilli.
