Ingredients

  • 500 gmschicken
  • 3large sized onion
  • 2 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  • Turmeric powder half teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Red pepper
  • 3Tomato
  • Green chillies
  • leavesCoriander
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion in 1 cup oil until light golden

  2. 2

    Add ginger galic paste and give 1 min fry.

  3. 3

    Add chicken and let it fry until changes colour.

  4. 4

    Add salt pepper turmeric powder and tomatoes and green chillies fry for atleast 15 min.

  5. 5

    Let it simmer for 10 kin on low flame by adding 1 cup of water.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies and enjoy.
