    Potatoes ko boil kar ke cube Mein cut Kar lain

    Ab oil heat up kar ke us Mein zeera potatoes chat masala, salt, imli Ka paste add kar ke Achi tarha mix kray

    Zeera,sabit dhaniya,gol laal mirch ko taway par roast kar ke grand kar lain

    Ab Aalo Mein gur or Jo masala ready Kiya hai Woh add kar dish out kar ke haray dhaniyea say garnish kray
