In a kadhai, heat oil. Once heated add cumin seeds, Curry leaves and onions. Saute till it turns translucent.

Add the tomatoes. Cook for few minutes till it turns soft.

Add the spices, salt, boiled potatoes and freshly chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Saute for 2 minutes.

Cut the bread slices into roundels with the cutter.

Spread the potato mixture over the bread slices. Sprinkle sandwich masala on top. Heat some oil in a tawa. Now transfer the bread slices (potato mixture topside). Let it get toasted from one side.

Once done, transfer the toasted bread slices in a serving plate. Put a tomato slice on each bread. Put a spoonful of green coriander chutney, tamarind dates chutney and spicy sev. Finally, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
