Sweet Daliya in Caramelised form

Take a pressure cooker add ghee,add daliya and roast it for 5 to 8 minutes and then add 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water and close the lid and cook it till 3 whistles at medium flame.

Now take a vessel add all the remaining milk in it and heat it and in a meantime open the pressure cooker and add all the daliya in to the milk and cook it at medium flame and stirr continuously in between.

Cook it till it becomes little thick and then in a another pan take a 1/2 tbsp ghee and add sugar and melt it at medium flame and cook it to get caramelised till it's colour becomes brown then add little water and stirr continuously and switch off the flame.

Then add this caramelised sugar in to the cooked daliya and mix it properly and also roast the dry fruits in a little ghee and add in to the daliya and green cardamom powder too.And cook it for another 2 minutes.Our caramelised sweet daliya is ready to serve.Enjoy 😊👍👌
