Mix all the oats flour and sooji with water bring it to the dosa batter consistency.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder to the vegetables. Mix them well. Now take a pan pour the batter spread it sprinkle gently the vegetables on it. Allow it to cook the flip to the other side spread oil in brush.

Serve it hot with curd or chutney of your choice.
