First boil the potatoes in pressure cooker.then peel and mash them

Heat oil in frying pan then add the mustard seed

Allow the mustard seed to splutter then add the chopped onion and saute till they are translucent and soften

Now add green chilli, curry leaves and ginger saute for a minute

Add the turmeric and red chilli powder and stir.now add the chopped coriander leaves and stir

Add the mashed potatoes and salt as required and mix it well for a minute

Make small med sized ball

Take gram and rice flour along with spice powder and mix it well

Dip each potato balls in the batter and coat it well with the batter

Heat oil for deep frying and add the batter coated potato ball in hot oil

Fry aloo bonda till golden on both the sides. Now the Aloo Bonda ready for serve
