Ingredients

40 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1/2 kgFish 🐟 optional
  2. Shaan Fish masala
  3. 4 tbspLemon juice
  4. 1 tbspGinger Garlic paste
  5. 3 cupOil to fry
  6. Chaat masala to sprinkle

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    1. Mix shan fish masala, ginger and garlic paste. apply on fish for 30 minutes.
    2. Fry fish in hot oil/ghee until cooked and golden.

  2. 2

    3. Sprinkle lemon juice and chaat masala on fish and serve.
    (Note): For more good taste, add 3-4 tbsp tamarind paste in above mixture.
