1egg beaten
To tasteSalt
1 tspgreen onions
1 tspcarrot
1 tspginger paste
Pinchblack pepper powder
1 tspcoriander

Heat a pan add water and let simmer for five minutes.when it's boiling add ginger paste,salt,coriander,carrot,green onions and boil for another five minutes.

Lastly pour beaten egg and keep continuously stiring.it will take 4 to 5 minutes.it's ready.
