Potato-cauli-veg Paratha

Take all the ingredients for making dough except water and knead a soft dough with the help of water. Rest for 15 minutes.

Take one bowl of potato cauliflower vegetable. I will use for filling in the parantha.

Mash the vegetables thoroughly. Add carom seeds in this mixture.

Make a ball of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin in the form of a chapati. Place mashed veg over it.

Cover it by joining it's edges. Roll it again.

Now heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha over it and roast. Flip the side cook from other side also.

Apply cooking oil on both sides and fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with butter.
