Ingredients

  • 1/2 kggajar(carrot) cut into pieces
  • 2potatoes peeled and cut into Small pieces
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tspginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tspoil
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder

Steps

    In a kadhai add oil.

  2. 2

    Now add ginger-garlic paste and saute it. Then add tomatoes and cook for five minutes. Add dry spices and mix it. Now add gajar and potatoes and give a nice mix. Cover with plate and cook until vegetable gets cook perfectly. Serve hot.
