At first, in a large mixing bowl take yogurt and oil. Beat it well with hand whisk till oil and sugar blend smooth. You can use hand blender also. Add vanilla essence and whisk again.

Now sieve maida, powdered sugar, baking powder and baking soda. And mix it well to combine the dry ingredients.

Now add the dry ingredients to the oil batter gradually and mix it well. Add water and make a smooth batter. Use cut and fold method. Add half of choco chips and fold gently. Do not over mix the batter.

Scoop the batter and pour into silicone muffin bowls or muffin tin to 3/4 full. Tap 2 to 3 times to release the air bubbles. Roughly spread choco chips over the muffin batter in each muffin.

Now preheat oven at 180 degree celcius or 350 degree fahrenheit. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake it for 15 mins. After 15 mins check the muffin with toothpick. Cool down completely. Enjoy the muffins with a cup of coffee.
