Ingredients

  • 2 cupSpinach puree
  • 3 garlic pods
  • 1 tspButter
  • 2 cupsMilk
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspAlmond powder
  • to tasteBlack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat butter in a non-stick pan.

  2. 2

    Add grated garlic and sauté till roasted

  3. 3

    Add pureed spinach, salt, pepper powder, almond powder stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add milk to adjust the consistency and cook by whisking continuously.

  5. 5

    Pour soup into a serving bowl, garnish serve hot with bread crumbs and boiled egg. This will make a full dinner meal.
