  • 2.5 cupsflour
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3 tbspghee
  • 1 tbspcondensed milk
  • 2 tbspchopped coconut
  • 1/3 tspcardamom powder
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1 tspsemolina
  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • as neededOil To fry

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add all ingredients and smash well to make dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Make small shape of thekua.

    Heat oil and in low flame fry till golden brown.
