Steps

Soak and drain daal and boil in water with haldi and salt until it tender, set aside

In a fry pan add 2 table spoon desi ghee fry onion, chopped garlic 2 table spoon and wen it gave aroma put zeera in it fry then add tomato and onions chopped with chill powder, salt and haldi

Bhonify until ghee separate. Now mix this masala in boil daal mix well

In a pan add 4 table spoon desi ghee, add sliced garlic, zeera, Karo patta and button red chilli in it

Fry and put this taraka on mong daal. Enjoy with chapati or tarkay wale chawal...... 💕
