Ingredients

  • 1 cuproasted eggplant
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tspbutter
  • 1/4 cupfinally chopped onion
  • 1/2 cupcrumbled paneer
  • 1/4 cupfinally chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cupfinally chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tspchopped fresh green chilli
  • 1chopped tomato 1 tbsp processed cheese
  • 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 4bread rounds roasted

Steps

  1. 1

    Take butter in a bowl. Add lemon juice.

    Add tomato ketchup. Add processed cheese.

    Mix everything well. Add little black pepper.

    Now adding roasted eggplant

    Add green chilli, bell peppers, onion and tomatoes.

    Add crumbled paneer and chilli flakes.

    Finally add salt and is ready to be served.
