Ingredients

1 hour
6 to 8 person
  1. 1 kgMutton
  2. 1 kgTomato
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tbspChilli flakes
  5. 1 pinchHaldi
  6. 1 tspZeera powder
  7. 1/4 cupFried onion
  8. 1 tbspGinger paste
  9. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  10. 1 cupGhee or oil
  11. For garinish
  12. Coriander leave
  13. Ginger julienne

    Take a pan put the mutton

  2. 2

    Also add 1 glass water and ginger and garlic paste and boil low flame. Make the mutton tender.

  3. 3

    When Mutton is tender then add tomato cut in pieces and covered to 5 / 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    After 10 minutes remove the tomato skin then add salt chilli flakes haldi and zeera powder and mix very well and cover and put on low flame for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add ghee and stir continuesly add all ingredients. Garnish with ginger and coriander leaves.
