10-12puris
1potato boiled and mashed
1/2 cupcurd
1/4 cuptamarind chutney
to tasteSalt
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspchat masala

Make a hole in the centre of puris and fill with mashed potato.

Add tamarind chutney. Then Add half betten curd in every puri.

Now sprinkle chat masala, salt,red chilli powder,Then again add rest of curd, and garnish with green coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
