Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 9eggs
  3. 1 sachetSimas butter
  4. 1warm cup of milk
  5. 11/2 cupsugar
  6. 1 tbspnbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tbspnpowdered vanilla flavor

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour the butter & sugar in a mixer & mix until it doubles, whitens & softens.

  2. 2

    Add the flavour, milk, baking powder & mix. Pour the flour gently & continuously until the mixture is stead. Arrange your cupcakes baking papers in the cupcakes pan.I spread little sprinkles on each. Bake at low heat for 15mins.

Good job chef K, i want to bake 200 vanilla cup cakes at once, what is your advice ? Cos i want to mix everything at once to save time, my friend's daughter is getting married next week. Thanks
