Steps

Take a pan and add oil and onion. Fry onion till pink.

Now add beef and fry till it change colour

Then add all garam masala like zeera, long cinnamon, green and black cardamom, black pepper, button red chilli, red chilli powdr, turmeric, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste

Cook till beef become tender. Then Bhoonify it completely.

Lastly add black pepper powder and bhoonfy it till the oil separates. Stew is ready..
