Sieve the besan and suji properly and add salt and sugar mix them properly

Now add water and turmeric mix them well to remove lums and then add eno and stir it

Now Grease the idli stand with oil and then pour the battar in idli stand and Steam for 15-20min

Take another pan add oil mustard seed and green chillies cook them and pour them on dhokla idli and serve hot
