Kuli Paniyaram
Steps

Take Raw rice, boiled rice, Urad Dal and vendhayam, wash it thoroughly and soak them in water for 3 hours. Drain the water from the mixture and make it into a thick batter.

Take batter and add ground jaggery powder, elachi powder, dry ginger powder, coconut flakes. Mix it thoroughly and leave it for 1 hour.

Now take Paniyaram kadhai and add oil to fry the batter both sides in medium flame to make it into paniyaram.

Now paniyaram is ready.
