When I'm tired, I just want to drink some nice, sweet hot cocoa. So I came up with this easy home recipe.This time, I used a heatproof measuring cup, but you can also use a mug.For heating the milk, I have a milk heating setting on my microwave that heats it to 70℃, but if you don't have this setting, heat at 600 W for about 1 minute 30 seconds. This recipe is an adaptation of a "Crockin' Girls" recipe. The original recipe called for 1 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips only. The semi-sweet chocolate chips make a darker and richer flavored hot chocolate. It tastes great either way.

Every winter I make a hot cocoa bar to start up our holidays . Well i lost or they broke idk Christmas containers idk 🤷‍♀️. So I did it this way . Will say if you have to bring something or entertain little ones around the holidays , this would be it on the go version, just pack it up and put it out on a counter top or table and everyone can enjoy a nice cup of bougie hot chocolate. I made this to use up the leftover chocolate icing in the bottom of my pot! It's good and eliminates waste! It also makes clean-up easier.Use a spoon or spatula to get all the leftover chocolate cream to melt into the milk so that nothing is wasted. Recipe by Mareko
