Steps

Take a bowl and add maida, salt and ghee, mix well, add some water and stir it until it becomes thick. Leave it for 10 minutes. Then add eno and lime juice. Mix well.

Take a pan and add 1 cup water and 2 cups sugar. In medium flame make sugar syrup. The syrup should be thick. Add fruit colour in it.

Take a pan and add oil for deep frying.

Take a plastic sauce bottle/jilipi maker and pour the batter in it. When the oil becomes very hot pour batter and give it a jilipi shape, lower the flame and fry the jilipi until it turns golden.

After frying jilipi keep it in sugar syrup for 10 seconds and take it out from syrup. It's ready. Serve it hot.
