Sift your flour into a bowl

Add baking powder,salt and sugar and mix

Rub in your butter until coarse

Gradually add in water and mix to form a stiff dough

Cover and allow to rest

Roll out dough,cut into logs and arrange on a greased baking sheet

Wash with egg wash and bake until golden brown.
