Marinate chicken wings with the marinade listed for 30 mins. Coat in cornstarch after 30 mins.

Fry at 375F for 10 mins and let it rest for 5 mins

Optional- double fry for 2-3 mins

Create salt, pepper, and sugar seasoning with the measurements above and mix it. (You won't be using it all, but this is just the ratio)

Sauté jalapeños and onions for 1 min, add garlic and sauté for 1 min.

Add chicken wings and sprinkle salt, pepper, and sugar seasoning to your taste buds.
