4 servings

3/4pkt pasta
I tin, mushrooms in brine
I cup tomato sauce
1/4 tspgarlic powder
1/2-1 tspblack pepper powder
1 tspsalt
1/4 tsptomato paste
2 tbspghee
1/2 tspred chilli
1 serving spoonmayonnaise or sandwich spread

Steps

Chop the mushrooms into smaller pcs.

Take a pan, put the ghee or margarine in it, put the mushrooms in it and fry

Add in the tomato paste, spices and salt and the sauces and mix

Add 1/2 cup water and mix. Let this cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Boil the pasta, drain when tender, put in a sufuria

Now pour in the mushroom sauce and mix in. Serve with some Sprinkle of black pepper
