Suji potato cutlet
Steps

Heat one cup of water in a pan.

Add 1/2 cup suji, salt, and 1 tsp oil and mix well.

Stir continuously till mixture leave the side of the pan.

Once cooled, add capsicum, carrot, green chilli, coriander leaves, boiled and mashed potato and rice flour and mix well.

Divide the suji mixture into six parts.

To make flat patties of medium thickness

Coat them with sesame seeds.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry the cutlet golden and crispy.
- 10
Serve hot with tea.
