Fry onions, add tomatoes/paste, let them simmer for a minute. Add salt and all dry spices. You will have a thick paste at this point. Add the beans and stir on low heat. Add carrots and stir. Finally add the garlic and ginger paste and stir. Cover the pot let it simmer for 1 minute and voila! Remove from fire.
