Dry roast peanuts, red chilli. Coarse grind red chilli, peanuts, cumin

In a mixing bowl take rice flour, ground mixture, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, chopped curry leaves, soak chana dal, peanuts and add 1 tbsp hot oil. Knead a soft dough.

Take out small portions and on plastic or non-stick surface and pat with hand and make a small puri. Not too thick.

Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown.

Ready to munch with tea.
