  • 1Carrott
  • 1Red Onion
  • 1 BoxMushroom
  • 1 TinKidney Beans
  • 2Garlic Cloves
  • 1.5 tinTomato Puree
  • 500 gPassatta
  • 1.5 LbsMince
  • 1 TbspOil
  • 1 TspHot Chilli Powder
  • 1 TspPaprika
  • 1 TspGround Cumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Soften onions in frying pan

  2. 2

    Add remainder veg to frying pan and soften

  3. 3

    Brown mince and add the spices

  4. 4

    Add the veg to pot and add passatta and puree

  5. 5

    Leave to stew for a 30 mins on low heat

  6. 6

    800 g (300g wo container) Cooks for 7 portions

  7. 7

    Complete.
