In a mixing bowl add boiled mashed potatoes, boiled Kamal kakdi (lotus king) and put it in a blender then add ginger garlic, green chillies coriander leaves paste, salt, red chilli, turmeric powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder coriander seeds. Then heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan put mustard seeds curry leaves cumin seeds and then add tadka & mix well. Now in a second bowl add l cup gram flour then add salt, red chilli powder, pinch of baking soda then add water, make a thick batter.

Now give the tikkis a round shape and coat it with the gram flour, then in a kadhai add oil and heat it. Now deep fry the tikkis in the oil. Then transfer it to plate and serve it hot.
