Steps

Soak mung and rice for 5-6 hours.

In a mixture grind it with ginger and green chilli.

Add salt and pinch of turmeric to it. Chop coriander and onion together.
- 4
Pour one laddle batter, spread it, spread chopped onion coriander. Sprinkle some kaarampodi. Roast on slow flame.

Enjoy this crunchy and healthy Pesarettu with peanut chutney.
