  • 1 bowlsoaked kabhuli chola
  • As per taste Salt
  • As per taste Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspDry coriander powder
  • 1 tbspChat masala
  • As requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the cholas for 6 to 7 hours and boil it. Then heat some oil in kadhai and add the boiled chola & deep fry it. Then remove the oil and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chat masala & mix it well. Now it's ready to serve crispy crunchy cholas.
