  • 100 gmUrad daal
  • to tasteRed Chilli Powder
  • 4-5Garlic cloves
  • to TasteSalt
  • 1 cupButtermilk
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 2 tspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook Urad Daal, put Turmeric salt and 1 cup buttermilk and water and get it to boil. Add oil red chilli and garlic paste and keep stiring. Have hot with Bajri Roti and ghee.
