I made this snack to enjoy during the Lunar New Year while my husband and kids play Dominoes or UNO. The whole bunch of bananas disappeared quickly—these chips are so crispy and addictive.

I made this snack to enjoy during the Lunar New Year while my husband and kids play Dominoes or UNO. The whole bunch of bananas disappeared quickly—these chips are so crispy and addictive.
Steps

Peel the bananas and slice them thinly on a diagonal. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the crushed ginger lightly over the top. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake for about 15 minutes. When the oven stops, flip the banana slices and bake for another 5 minutes. Remove and let cool—the chips will become crispy.
